SECOND ATTEMPT

Dear Mr. Carney,

Our organization, NEPA WE Are Change would like a meeting with you. We
would like to discuss all issues with you. From No Child Left Behind to
9/11 to why you have not lived up to one of your campaign promises to
get us out of the war. We would also like to discuss why the First
Responders are not getting a fair shake. If you and your other freshman
congressman had lived up to your promises only 20,000 troops would be in
Iraq now. It would have taken 18 months to extract the troops and if
you had lived up to your word they would have been home already.

Another question is how can a Lt. Cdr represent a congressional
district when his boss is the Pentagon and the President? The Pentagon
and President don't vote for you!!! We do!!!

We hope that you will accept our request as many people in our area need
to know. We would also be video taping this meeting. Please respond
to.
